"Take care of your body, it's the only place you have to live."
Endrick Holistics is only a short drive away from both Glasgow and Stirling and is available in Balfron and its surrounding villages within G63. Providing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, my aim is to offer local residents of all ages the benefits of complementary therapies such as Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki to help promote balance and wellbeing from within, supporting both body and mind to restore harmony.
Through difficult circumstances, my family and I have had personal experience of the great benefits of Reflexology and I then decided to expand my focus to other complementary therapies in order to help others in a gentle yet powerful way.
I believe holistic complementary therapies play an integral role in our mental and physical health and wellbeing whatever our age. I love the fact that I can support each and everyone's needs and tailor bespoke individual treatments through holistic therapies to help my clients reach their individual goals and promote balance and wellbeing from within. Helping and supporting people to help them feel better can involve improving flexibility, restoring mobility, relieving pain, getting better sleep, becoming a calmer and more relaxed version of themselves, adapting to hormonal changes, managing stress and its chronic negative impact on the body, feeling less anxious, taking time for themselves and unwinding, relieving headaches and migraines and their debilitating symptoms etc) - ultimately everyone's idea of feeling better is different and the way I work is about stimulating the natural self-healing process of their body. I also love the part of my line of work that is all about empowering my clients to be in the driving seat again and manage their life as they want it to become. Furthermore, by raising awareness of patterns and triggers, therapist and client can also work together to help change or create new ways of thinking and maintain this balanced state. Teamwork at its best! Perfect to enjoy as pampering and time out from your hectic lifestyle, all the therapies are non-invasive, drug and chemical free, suitable for all ages and are experienced fully dressed.
As a holistic therapist, I am passionate about what I do - I love witnessing the positive ripple effects the therapies have on my clients whether they see their sessions as a treat, a self-care practice, a way to keep stress levels under control or to help them deal with physical or emotional needs. I aim to work alongside conventional medicine in a natural and supportive way to promote better health, balance and wellbeing for my clients.
I am qualified with the highest level of Clinical Reflexology training (credit rated by Edinburgh Napier University) and am continuously keen to broaden my knowledge to more specialised areas of expertise through Continuous Professional Development accredited by the Association of Reflexologists (AoR- of which I am a fully insured member-MAR). Last year, I extended my area of expertise to cancer- and palliative- care and this year I attended a Reflexology Lymph Drainage course specifically researched and designed to help people affected with lymphoedema. I regularly volunteer with local charities after witnessing firsthand the amazing benefits these treatments can give to both patients and their carers in these trying circumstances and I very strongly believe no one should be turned away from receiving a holistic treatment, the power of touch being fundamental to us all.
Feel free to check my website regularly for updates and special offers and I look forward to meeting you soon.
