I have been going to Frederique at Endrick Holistics for quite a while and I can't recommend her highly enough. She puts you completely at ease and she works with great care and sensitivity. Whether it be specific aches and pains or even something you may as yet be unaware of, Frederique brings her skills and professionalism to the session so I find I always leave feeling better, or more relaxed and more positive than when I came in.
The last session I went along to, I decided to go out of my comfort (familiar) zone. I had read in the e-newsletter about the ear seeds and I must admit that I was initially more than a little doubtful.However, the night before my appointment I had been kept awake by sciatic-type pain down my leg and also pain in my lower back. I was amazed to have a completely discomfort free sleep after my appointment and whilst there have been ongoing twinges in the days since, there is no doubt that there has been an overall improvement. I had my first reflexology treatment with Frederique in July 2022. I did not know what to expect but I found the session gentle and relaxing. When one area on my feet felt particularly tender or sensitive, Frederique explained to me what part of the body it related to (neck and shoulder). She also highlighted other areas of imbalance that I recognised as true. I take my feet for granted as I walk, run or drive but with the treatment, I became aware of the importance of my feet and the weight they carry. As I was relaxing and increasingly more comfortable, I was so glad the treatment would last a full hour. At the end, I felt elated and "light"on my feet.
I would strongly recommend a reflexology session with Frederique - she created a peaceful atmosphere, she was attentive, skilled and knowledgeable. The treatment gave me some relief and an overall sense of wellbeing and I look forward to my next treatment. Nathalie M

Having never experienced one before, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, Frederique instantly put me at ease, and via messages beforehand had explained the process. I was very lucky to win vouchers to receive Reiki from Frederique at a charity event that she kindly donated to support an amazing charity that supports people and families living with a cancer diagnosis (Rainbow Valley). Frederique makes you feel welcome and at ease from the minute she opens the door. She is very professional and not only provides you with Reiki , she explain things really nicely which I enjoyed learning about.

I consulted Frederique at Endrick Holistics after a period of illness which had resulted in a variety of physical and emotional issues. Her extensive knowledge and training as well as her attention to detail gave me confidence in knowing that I was in safe hands (literally). She recommends a course of treatment, as opposed to a one off session, which is hugely beneficial as it allows her to track progress. I find reflexology fascinating in that any part of the body is reflected in an area of the foot. Since beginning my sessions with Frederique I can honestly say that I am sleeping better, feeling more relaxed and various physical ailments have diminished. After each session, Frederique always follows up to see how I am feeling and to offer additional advice if necessary. It is an added bonus that she is such a thoughtful, happy and positive person to be around - she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. The sessions have made me focus on areas of my life the need correcting because they are materialising as aches and pains in my body. The healing responses after a treatment can be a bit uncomfortable for the first 24 hours (but you are well warned) but the benefit of a better balanced body completely outweighs the temporary discomfort. Reflexology is a fascinating subject and it is a wonderfully natural way to help the body restore itself.
